All products are designed, produced, or sourced by Beast Bats, LLC. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
4. Custom Orders
Custom baseball bats, art pieces, or 3D prints are made to order.
- Production times vary based on product type and order volume.
- Please review all design details before confirming; once production begins, changes cannot be made.
- We may provide proofs or digital mockups for approval when applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide.
- Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized:
- Custom items (bats, art, 3D prints) are non-refundable once production begins.
- Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unused condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
7. Product Care & Use
- Baseball bats are designed for regular baseball use unless otherwise specified.
- Art and 3D prints should be handled and displayed carefully; exposure to heat, moisture, or sunlight may cause damage.
- We are not responsible for misuse, improper care, or modification of products after delivery.

All designs, artwork, logos, product names, and other content on our site are the intellectual property of Beast Bats, LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
